Welcome
to RonSon Street Rods, a 1933 and 1934 Ford Three Window Coupe
builder. Our cars have one of the straightest and slickest finishes
on the market. Our quality does not stop with the outside, that's
where it begins. We maintain this type of quality throughout
our cars, from the gel coat finish, right down to the wood and
metal work within the cavity of every car. All fiberglass components
are hand laid, there is no chopping done on our cars.
Building our cars, we keep one thing in mind, "QUALITY"!
We depend on our quality to bring customer satisfaction and
for the longevity of our company. We offer Kavilar and Klegecell
(foam composite) as options to our customers.
For added safety measures, kavilar is added to aid the impact
strength in vital areas, such as the doors and the transmission
tunnel, while klegecell is embedded in the roof and firewalls
of our cars. The foam composite improves insulation to keep
the heat outside the car where it belongs. Also, klegecell provides
a tremendous amount of strength while adding little weight to
the car.
As most experienced street rodders know fiberglass bodies are
vulnerable to stress cracks. These stress points are found at
90 degree corners and other high pressure points. We strengthen
all these corners and other high pressure points with high tensile
strength cloth. This cloth spreads the stress over a wider area,
which makes those vulnerable spots much stronger. We invite
